The Path
“You will make know to me the path of life. In your presence there is fullness of joy. At your right hand are pleasures forever.” Psalm 16: 11
This verse outlines the most basic way to find joy. Follow God! Each day watch where He is leading you and stay close to Him. By walking on His path, you will be filled with joy – not a small portion of joy but a “fullness of joy.” Being near God is the place of your greatest happiness. You will never experience true joy apart from Him. There isn’t a more exciting way to live.
Father, we want to walk with you each day. Help us to know your complete joy. Thank you for your unfailing and perfect love. Thank you that you are the source of joy. Amen.
